Virtual Homicide Can Lead You to Jail

Virtual reality has been evolving to provide its users an extraordinary experience. This has helped video games grow more popular with all their super features of providing players with a thrilling experience. If something really like virtual reality would ever develop in future, I am sure that will be rocking. By then you don’t have to rely on your body for physical needs. No impairments, no wailings, no illness and not even oldness…you can enjoy life the way you like.

Coming back to the present world, in Japan, a woman has attempted virtual homicide of her husband for giving her divorce. This was a strange case, of taking revenge, by killing or deleting the avatar of her husband from a game called Maple Story. However she was arrested from her home. It was not for deleting her husband’s avatar that she was arrested, but for illegal accessing of his account from his ID and password. This is a virtual homicide. Later on we may have to hear virtual robbery, virtual abduction and so on.
